Humans are designed for connection.  Yet relationships are hard.  Over time, unresolved conflict and hurt can pile-up and spill over, getting in the way of feeling close and connected with your partner.  When things are really bad it can feel like your partner is your enemy instead of the one you love.

Sometimes, there’s no major conflict, but the busyness of life has gotten in the way and you’ve drifted apart.  You want to prioritize your relationship and make it stronger.

I can help.  I won’t take sides.  I’ll provide structure and guidance so that sessions are a safe place to talk and be heard.

In therapy, you can get honest about the problems in your relationship and the ways you’ve hurt each other.  You can work together to heal those wounds.

I’ll provide support as you learn to express your wants and needs to each other. I’ll help you work toward restoring trust and intimacy, finding new ways to connect, and creating the relationship that you want.
