Therapy can help.  I am passionate about my work because I believe therapy changes lives.  It allows people to peel back the layers of their difficult experiences- to gain understanding, to change and grow, and to embrace the future with greater joy and hope.

Clinical skills and training are an essential aspect of what a therapist brings to the work.  Just as important is the personhood of the therapist and the therapeutic relationship.  No matter what you’re going through, I’ll approach our work with empathy and compassion.  You won’t be judged.  I’ll treat you as a whole person, not as a set of symptoms or the sum of your struggles.
